The Tough Stuff: Navigate difficult conversations with clarity and kindness
Wednesday, 24 Jan 2024
16:00 - 18:00 CET
In this experiential workshop, we will work on cultivating Courageous Presence and learn practical communication skills.
You will get a clear roadmap and embodied practices to apply immediately to your work and life. Developing this foundational life skill will serve you well throughout your career, leadership, and relationships.
Throughout our life, there will be challenging conversations that need to be had – at work, in friendship, with your family, and especially when you’re a manager or leader.
There are times when we need to be courageous, and communicate difficult truths in a way that will be received. These are conversations that are often avoided – to the detriment of our teams, relationships and projects. When this communication does not happen, or it goes badly, there are consequences–in the form of failed projects, failed relationships, and destructive behavior, just to name a few!
Since avoiding these conversations tends to only make things worse, your best bet is to get good at it. Increasing your ability to communicate courageously builds confidence, expands your influence, and enables you to create the positive impact you want.
